the avoidance of doubt, a licensing of the larger work with a license other than a Compatible Liberal License is not an Admitted Umbrella Licensing.

 

Section 2 – Scope.

  1. License grant.

    1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Public License, the Licensor hereby grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to exercise the Licensed Rights in the Licensed Material to:

      1. display it NonPublicly ; and

      2. display it Publicly, if at the same time this Public License and the name of the creator are displayed or given on the same way to be noticed publicly in a reasonable but effective manner; and

      3. obtain it, e.g. to download it, from any source, but only if it does not violate other regulations of this Public License; and

      4. execute it NonPublicly for NonCommercial purposes only; and

      5. execute it NonPublicly for Commercial purposes, as long as the Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage are not exceeded; and

      6. execute it Publicly for NonCommercial purposes only, if at the same time this Public License and the name of the creator are displayed or given on the same way to be noticed publicly in a reasonable but effective manner; and

      7. execute it Publicly for Commercial purposes, as long as the Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage are not exceeded, if at the same time this Public License and the name of the creator are displayed or given on the same way to be noticed publicly in a reasonable but effective manner; and

      8. use it as a part of a (own) larger work for NonCommercial purposes only, and for this to embed or integrate it into the larger work or to reference to it, invoke it or execute it from there, in any manner, but only if it does not violate other regulations of this Public License. This Public License is applied to the Licensed Material included in a larger work as well with the same Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage. The licensing of the other parts of the larger work remains unaffected. You have the right to execute an Admitted Umbrella Licensing and the Licensor waives and/or agrees not to assert rights held by the Licensor to the limited extent necessary to allow Your Licensees to exercise the rights licensed by the Admitted Umbrella Licensing, but not otherwise. And

      9. use it as a part of a (own) larger work for Commercial purposes, as long as the Upper Limits
