The "Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage" are exceeded, if at least one of the following values is exceeded:

The maximum number of "Your" users (human beings) using, directly or indirectly, the "Licensed Material" simultaneously:

The maximum elapsed time since the first usage of the "Licensed Material" by "You":

The maximum number of "Your" devices, physical or virtual, running the "Licensed Material" simultaneously:

In case you wish to use the Licensed Material beyond these limitations, please do not hesitate to contact the licensor and ask for an individual license agreement.
