License parameters - no upper limits

This section provides the actual values for the "Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage" of the "Licensed Material" by "You" as the "Licensee" as defined in the "License Text".

For this license agreement the "Licensee" is allowed to exercise a "Commercial" usage of the "Licensed Material" with no upper limits.

This means the "Commercial" usage is not restricted by the "Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage", e.g. in terms of a maximum number of users, maximum time of usage, maximum number of devices and so on, no limits are applied.

Please note: "no upper limits" does not mean "no restrictions at all". It means solely that no additional restrictions are applied to the "Commercial" usage, and therefore the "Licensee" is allowed to exercise the "Commercial" usage within the same boundaries, and with the same restrictions, as the "NonCommercial" usage.
