For the license agreement, in case the license text contains an explicit regulation that determines which copyright laws shall govern the license agreement, that regulation in the license text shall be applied; otherwise without such a regulation the license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local, national and international laws which are applicable at the place of jurisdiction, where the place of jurisdiction is determined by an explicit regulation in the license text; but otherwise without a regulation of the place of jurisdiction, the place of jurisdiction is the domicile or alternatively the main residence of the Licensor, if the Licensor is an individual, but if the Licensor is a legal entity, then the place of jurisdiction is the registered office or alternatively the head office of the Licensor.
