changes on the Licensed Material latest at the time these changes are Shared, as far and as accurately as possible due to the kind of the Licensed Material and under the given circumstances, as well as about all owners of copyrights on the Shared Repair. The possible or actual notice of the changes by the Licensor neither creates any obligations for the Licensor, nor unbinds the Licensee or Third Parties from their obligations. And

  • this Public License is applied to the Repairs as well, also after it has been Shared, with the same Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage, but no other license is applied; and

  • all owners of copyrights on the Shared Repairare declared in an effective but reasonable manner; and

  • You and all owners of copyrights on the Shared Repair covenant to keep the Licensor free from any liability and indemnity claim from You and Third Parties connected to the repair and to incur all possible indemnifications from claims connected to the repair. The connection to the repair is given, when the liability or indemnity claim does not arise or arises with a smaller volume by the Licensed Material without the Repair. And

  • all owners of copyrights on the Shared Repair allow the Licensor, as far as legally possible, to use the Repair in every sense unrestricted and irrevocable in any manner as if the Licensor itself would be the creator, especially to use or integrate the Repair in his own works, for whatever purpose.

    • This Public License is applied to the Licensed Material included in a larger work as well, also after it has been Shared, with the same Upper Limits for the Commercial Usage. You have the right to execute an Admitted Umbrella Licensing and the Licensor waives and/or agrees not to assert rights held by the Licensor to the limited extent necessary to allow Your Licensees to exercise the rights licensed by the Admitted Umbrella Licensing, but not otherwise. To Share it beyond country borders is allowed unrestricted, but only if it neither violates other regulations of this Public License, nor the country into which territory the Licensed Material will be imported is excluded from the Sharing of the Licensed Material by a Blacklist for purposes of this Public License.

  • Exceptions and Limitations. For the avoidance of doubt, where Exceptions and Limitations apply to Your use, this Public License does not apply, and You do not need to comply
